Islamic State in its latest publication has reached out to its female members to encourage them to take on an important new role within the terrorist group. Women in Islamic State are now viewed as useful in altering their supporting role to provide comfort and bear children for Islamic State 'warriors' to becoming themselves warriors, capable of using arms, of wearing suicide vests, of wreaking havoc and terror equal to what their male counterparts have succeeded with.
In the liberation of Mosul, female Islamic State members were discovered in tunnels dug under parts of the old city, well armed and trained as snipers. Some of these women were dedicated foreign fighters still in their teen years. It is more than evident that the prospect of becoming a feared fighter and being viewed as an equal to male terrorists appeals to some personalities, ready and willing to take on a new role in the jihad they believe will lead to a universal global caliphate.
Islamic State planners are nothing if not innovative, from the gruesome depths of the atrocities they carry out, delighting in shocking the rest of the world with the inhumane acts they revel in, to the level of planning and execution that goes into some of their more spectacular, and 'successful' attacks, in terms of numbers of dead they have been capable of carrying out. They inspired jihadist-minded adherents in the West to commit to 'lone-wolf' attacks by stabbing or vehicular homicide, and gloried in the aftermath of the horrors they inspired.
Those fervently feverish minds know no rest, convening to challenge one another to think up ever more inventive plans meant to slaughter unbelievers and to gain further odium from those they target. So now the brilliant plan to encourage Islamic State followers to infect the food supply has been launched. BOC intelligence group unearthed an internal notice directing ISIL followers to a new type of terrorist attack to take place in Europe and beyond.

The intercepted notice to the faithful in jihad instructs them in the creation of poisons like cyanide, to be used on food products on store shelves. Published on a private forum of the terrorist network, the instructions have been viewed by potential terrorists in Brussels, Paris, Stockholm, Berlin, Nice and in the State of Florida. BOC immediately advised government agencies to escalate their terror threat levels and to caution food retailers accordingly.
