"At the beginning of a meeting of the [PA] leadership yesterday evening [July 25, 2017], [PA] President Mahmoud Abbas said that as long as the situation in Jerusalem does not return to being as it was before July 14, [2017], there will be no changes whatsoever (refers to Israeli security measures at the Temple Mount following a terror attack there that were later removed; see note below -Ed.).

The president added: 'All of the new Israeli steps on the ground from that date until today need to stop, and then the situation in Jerusalem will return to normal. Afterwards we will continue our work on everything regarding the relations between us and them.'

The president said: 'Since Israel tried to change the situation, the [Palestinian] residents of Jerusalem have risen as one (they launched violent riots -Ed.) You have objected to all of the [Israeli] steps, and we have supported you in what you have done and what you are doing. We are with you in everything that you have done and are still doing, as you are causing us pride, and you are taking care of your Al-Aqsa Mosque, your land, your dignity, your people, your religion, and your holy sites. This is the response to everyone who wants to harm our holy sites. Jerusalem is ours. It is our capital and it is [under] our sovereignty, and therefore what you [Palestinians] are doing is right.'

President Abbas noted that the meeting was supposed to take place today (Wednesday) [July 26, 2017], and said: 'We made it earlier because there were developments (refers to Israel deciding to remove security measures from the Temple Mount on July 24, 2017 -Ed.). We must examine them in order to say our piece and say where we are headed.'

He added: 'What we have decided is to freeze the security coordination [with Israel] - and this is happening, and to defend the holy sites - and this is happening [too]. We want to examine what has happened from that day until today in order to see what we will do.'"

First the provocation, then the accusations, followed up by the threats, and then comes the violence.
It is a tried-and-true methodology perfected by Fatah's Palestinian Authority, never to be divulged to the world-at-large which prefers the impression promoted by the everlastingly victimized Palestinians that Israel is involved in 'genocide', manipulating events to discredit Palestinian claims  to the territory they covet and unequivocally announce is theirs.

It is as though the international community simply prefers to assess and cling to the charade used by the Palestinian Authority to shield its agenda of turning world opinion to its support as the oppressed people living in an agony of intimidation and impecuniousity forced upon it by the brutal military action of an occupying power whose purpose is to deny Palestinian their basic human rights.

There is no wish to acknowledge let alone recognize that the issue has been turned inside out; the PA's published map of its 'territory' is absent Israel, their school curricula teaches each generation that Israel's presence is illegal and it is the duty of every Palestinian to 'resist', to aspire to martyrdom, to return all the land on which Israel sits to Palestinian rule and domination.

Which is why the father of the Palestinian man who murdered three Israeli Jews in their home contends that his son is blameless; he was simply reacting to the unimaginable atrocities committed by Israel against Palestinians. In this particular case it was the reaction of Israeli security authorities in closing down access temporarily to the al-Aqsa mosque complex to search for more weapons being cached there, like the ones that enabled three Israeli Palestinians to shoot to death two Israeli police maintaining security on the complex.

Father of terrorist murderer Omar Al-Abd: "The occupation is the reason for this operation (i.e., terror attack, 3 murdered), because my son is an honorable and educated man, not a man who carries out operations. He is a very calm man, and the members of the village testify to his personality. He is a very moderate man and does not talk about things like this. Rather this happened because of the occupation and what it has inflicted on the Al-Aqsa Mosque."

The head Jerusalem Mufti and the President of the PA, Mahmoud Abbas, were outraged that the murder of the two policemen resulted in a temporary closing of the plaza holding the Dome of the Rock and al-Aqsa mosque while security personnel searched for evidence and other weapons. Or they said they were outraged with this purported overreach of Israeli authority at the sacred precincts of Islam's third holiest site.

The weapons used by the three assassins had been cached within the mosque; sacred to what? The outstanding precept of Islam: violent jihad.

When Israeli authorities did no more than what would follow anywhere else in the world after such terrorism by installing metal detectors for the protection of all, it presented Palestinian authority figures with the ideal opportunity to incite Palestinians to riot, and riot they did. First, praying on Jerusalem streets outside the gates leading to the mosque, refusing to enter through the metal detectors.

When Saudi Arabia, Jordan, international leaders, Christian organizations and the news media weighed in to support the removal of the security cameras and metal detectors as demanded by the Palestinians, Israel sighed and removed them.

An euphoric victory for Islam was proclaimed. The Palestinian authorities advised Palestinians they were now permitted to enter the compound in the absence of the cameras and detectors. And the riots that had begun before their removal continued, day and night, with Palestinians throwing rocks and other objects at Israeli police and the police  using tear gas and rubber bullets in an effort to halt the rioting.

All cause for Mahmoud Abbas and Fatah to proclaim both a triumph and the usual slanders and incitements in the claim that Israel was planning to remove custody of the mosque and Noble Sanctuary from Jordan's waqf authority in an agreement that disallows Jewish entry to the Temple Mount to pray at Judaism's most sacred site.

The Janus Faces of Islam

Ahmadiyya Muslims are considered by mainstream Muslims, Sunni and Shia, to be apostates, not true Muslims, an offence to Islam. They, along with other minority sect Muslims, are persecuted and threatened. In countries like Pakistan it is a criminal offence for Ahmadiyya to describe themselves as Muslims; they are forbidden from entering mosques and they remain endangered, attempting to worship as Muslims.

Yet, in the West, every time there is an Islamist terrorist attack that takes place in France, Belgium, Britain, Spain or the United States, a swell of suspicion mounts as it logically would, against a religion whose adherents insist it is peaceful, but whom other exponents of its more questionable tenets give testimony through acts of grim atrocities that it is anything but a religion of peace. Islam's history is that of an ideology gaining territory by violent conquest.

And that violent conquest is a basic tenet written in its very most sacred texts, the Koran and the Sunnahs, repeating the very words and sentiments through an oral and written tradition as expressed by the Prophet Mohammad, as was dictated to him by god. The imperative to engage in jihad as a sacred trust is inviolable, an unrelenting prescription for piety among the faithful.

And those who take up the scimitar or the AK-47 to fulfill their obligations as ordained become jihadists whom those targeted view as terrorists.

For their troubles in identifying the jihadists as grim bearers of death, sowing fear and discord, sending innocents to the Grim Reaper well before their natural time, in the process of achieving martyrdom for themselves, those intoning the unforgiving descriptives of "Islamist terror", or "Islamic jihadists", or "Islamofascists" are righteously branded as intolerant, irreligious bigots, racists of the first water, named for  helpful swift identification as "Islamophobes".

Since no one enjoys being cast in the role of bigotry or racism, the nomenclature serves to silence many. And among the citizens of the West who take pride in being Muslim and practise the Ahmidiyya form of Islam, letters to the editor of newspapers crop up unvaryingly chastising society for its Islamophobia in viewing Muslims as terrorists when in reality Islam is a religion of peace and its faithful are innocent of foul deeds.

"The actions of these terrorists are in no way reflective of the teaching of Islam", they rebuke piously.

As for the actors themselves, when they spring into action, they intone the mantra "Allahu Akbar!" to give emphasis to their martyrdom-mass slaughtering enterprise. A phrase that is completely divorced from Islam, needless to say, since it has nothing to do with religion; we have that on the best authority, over and over and over again.

And as long as Muslims refuse to confront the reality of Islam's demands to the faithful of jihadist obligations, they are destined to continue pleading for 'understanding' of their religion of peace.
That peaceful religion that views all non-Muslims as expendable.

While the jihadists go on to foster through their acts of barbarous atrocities among non-Muslims ever greater public and private rejection of the tenets of such a religion enjoining the faithful to such reprehensible acts of sinister terrorism and mass slaughter. Is the recognition of Islam's dysfunction Islamophobic? So be it.

Canadian Connection: Samaritan's Purse Aiding Iraqi Yazidis

In a refugee camp  teeming with Yazidi refugees from the unimaginable violence directed at them by Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, Samaritan's Purse representatives have been distributing food provided by the United Nations to Sunni Arabs who have fled the combat in Mosul, where Iraqi forces, Peshmerga and Shiite militias have entered the besieged city to clear explosives and confront the jihadist terrorists in street-by-street combat.

During the Christmas holidays a jumbo jet arrived, bursting with equipment for an urgently needed surgical hospital positioned not far from the Mosul front lines. Also expected to arrive shortly is a group of Canadian surgeons and surgical nurses to operate out of that hospital prepared for its opening in the new year. The Government of Canada has funded Samaritan's Purse humanitarian efforts.

John Clayton described what he has witnessed in Iraq through the victimization of the Yazidis, as the most horrible instances of persecution he has ever seen in his 26 years of work in sites such as Sudan and Haiti. He and his team have prepared themselves to undertake the aid required to launch the healing process of people who have suffered physical and psychological torture, though those Yazidis who were slaughtered are well beyond any human intervention.

Their surviving relatives, women who were enslaved, raped and emotionally tormented represent the focus of the humanitarian group, along with the children, torn from the moorings of their ancestral home and the comfort of extended family. The Grace Community Centre established by the humanitarian agency sits alongside a UN refugee camp and another, informal camp where close to 40,000 Yazidis are trying to cope with loss amid hopes for the future.

There, at the Centre, health care, social workers, food is available. There too, families are exposed to an animal husbandry program, each allotted 20 sheep, taught how they can build a flock to assume a new kind of existence for the future. There are carpentry, cooking, sewing and photography classes. And a beauty salon helping to guide women into feel-good-about-themselves frames of mind. For the children there are playgrounds complete with slides and swings.


On nearby fields instructors teach team play and the games of soccer and volleyball. There is a language school, teaching Yazidis the English language. Also at the Grace Centre is a modern clinic with doctors, including an obstetrician/gynecologist on staff, as well as a dentist and a pharmacist. These, needless to say, are the Yazidis that can be reached and aided.

There are Yazidis in desperate situations facing starvation and privation during the winter months, still remaining on Mount Sinjar. They are ill-equipped to face the cold and the snow, lacking adequate garments, the children suffering, living in a zone resembling hell on Earth, with no escape, a forgotten and neglected people that fate has abandoned to the predation and victimization of a remorselessly monstrous enemy.

The Distorted Science of Fiction Becoming the Deranged Science of Reality

There will never be agreement on dropping two atomic bombs on Japan to end World War II. The devastation of Hiroshima and Nagasaki was horrendous, the very thought that one country could and would unleash such a monstrosity of destruction on another, difficult to comprehend, much less the fallout in hideous and monumental loss of life and its lingering effects. To that fateful decision and its aftermath, and to the revelations of the reality of the Holocaust, humankind should logically hang its collective head in shame.

Yet 'never again' expresses the repugnance felt at the moment, and that moment passes into history and it is humankind's great affliction that history has been a poor teacher in the philosophy of life and values and human rights and the forbidden journey to the wastelands of technology enabling wars of greater destruction of life and property. And ultimately the destruction of innocence, for the nuclear genie has escaped and no one is ignorant of what it can accomplish in full destructive mode.

And though we may gain knowledge through scientific enquiry about details of the cosmos, it is the details about the human mind and how readily it becomes amotionally deranged that presents the danger to life and existence itself on a scale the mind cannot absorb. Human genius has managed through the perseverance of enquiry and engagement in scientific endeavour to uncover many mysteries of the world we inhabit, but the ultimate mystery of the human mind remains obscure.

President Obama made no allusions to Islam when he spoke those sentences condemning what we have been able to do to one another. He would be, and is, the very first voice in defence of Islam. His denials that Islam in any manner is responsible for the carnage taking place internationally with one jihadist group after another all over the globe manifesting Islam as a killing machine has gained him no plaudits. But the truism that not all Muslims are terrorists, but most terrorists now are Muslims is undeniable.

As reasoning creatures, we are unreasonably passionate, emotional and capable of the most incredibly grotesque barbarism. Growth in the evolution of technology has taken us beyond what scientific imagination could ever conjure. Yet the emotional growth of human nature has stalled, remaining primitive and destructive; a combination and a relentless path that takes us inevitably to oblivion. Large-scale destruction is now a potential while our moral evolution remains mired in primal fear.

We are confronted with the reality of Islam, a religion which has several distinctions; even while its precepts as a jealous monotheistic colossus bent on destroying all other religions of a human construct has become evident, it is growing exponentially in an increase of the faithful, though its psychic power over many of those who cling to the primary aspect of its ascent through jihad, exercising psychotic violence leave us with helpless dread.

The forward-thinking multicultural progressives of the West utterly refuse to condemn an Islam whom its own adherents describe as the religion of peace, when it is the prevalence of Islamists around the world exercising their prerogative to do the work of Islam, declaiming "God is Great!" while they engage in endless slaughter of their own and of non-Muslims that furnish evidence to the contrary. The massacres whose horrors raise the gorge of civilized people are held to have nothing to do with Islam, impressions of reality to the contrary.

The very civilized people against whom Islamist jihad targets their violent rage, stoically and supinely deny that the violence that occurs relates to Islam let alone that it emanates from Islamic scriptures held to be sacred by those willing, eager and prepared to become martyrs for Islam. Islam's values impressing the impressionable faithful with the glory of suicidal slaughter in the name of Islam reflects the religion's anti-religious-pluralism, misogyny, homophobia, and hatred of Western views of human rights and laws upholding them.

Aided by modern technology produced by the West, advantaging the backward social, academic, philosophical, scientific Islam of this era's ability to forward its incendiary messages through websites, social networks and mosques -- promulgating hatred and otherness from the pulpit, inciting the faithful to protect their faith from "Islamophobia", which evil has ostensibly been the cause of jihad -- successfully inculcates hatred, revenge, and death.

With the advent of readily accessible weaponry capable of permitting one jihadist to create a scene of mass murder with few constraints since he is convinced he is merely performing a blessing in the name of Islam by destroying lives unworthy of existence, how long a reach can it be before some Islamist psychopath is availed of weapons of mass destruction in an era of three-D machines capable of replicating tools to achieve mass murder in short order?

In a world where a mass religion with few moral, let alone human-rights constraints have been inscribed in its sacred texts that compel the faithful to believe implicitly that the ultimate form of worship is to sacrifice existence itself to the greater glory of the wisdom of Islam which demands full and total submission in loyalty to its message of imperial domination, by what method could the march of this religion be successfully halted?

A religion where existence is not hallowed, where the lives of the faithful are as expendable as those of non-adherents, where only the religion itself achieving its goal of final domination over all life on Earth has meaning, what is the response that will save all life on Earth? Recalling that the end goal is fully requited reward to those whose faith is beyond reproach in the intensity of its fundamental submission, glorying in Paradise, while all others are destroyed.

As grim a narrative and proposed track toward the future as any deranged mind could ever conjure.

The Right To Be A Fanatical Threat

We have concluded that there is sufficient evidence and it is in the public interest to prosecute Anjem Choudary and Mohammed Rahman for inviting support for ISIL, a proscribed terrorist organization, between 29 June 2014 and 6 March this year. Each man is charged with one offence contrary to section 12 of the Terrorism Act 2000."

Born in Britain to parents from Pakistan, Anjem Choudary has been extremely clever in his incitements to jihad and to violence, knowing how not to incriminate himself to the point of criminal prosecution. His law degree has been invaluable to him, enabling him to use British law to his best advantage while avoiding the fatal error of doing anything that could conceivably give British security agencies the ability to gather evidence against him.

He is a hate-and-division cleric par excellence. Britain has succeeded in ridding itself in the past of other fiery Islamist speakers inciting to jihad; Mr. Choudary is a British citizen, one skilled in using British laws, and particularly devoted to bleeding British taxpayers since non-Muslims must be subservient in any possible way to Muslims. And the obligation of Muslims is to charitably allow non-Muslims the opportunity to support them financially.

And while Mr. Choudary lives a life of idle ease in public housing with generous charitable stipends allowing that ease, he is a busy man indeed, stirring the social pot and encouraging Muslims to do their duty to engage in jihad And to go where they're most needed, to join the ranks of Islamic State. Two years ago, journalist Soeren Kern writing for the Gatestone Institute revealed that Mr. Choudary is married with four children. To maintain his family he receives over $38,000 annually in welfare.

He also takes advantage of a housing benefit which domiciles him and his family in a $485,000 house located in Leytonstone, East London. He receives additional council tax allowances income support and child benefits. In total, since his welfare payments are not subject to tax, his income comes to the equivalence of a $50,000 salary. Leaving him free to pursue his busy life of inciting to jihad and inspiring the youth of Britain to obey the Koranic injunction to engage in jihad.

Mr. Choudary, 48, protests his innocence of the terror charge in his appearance at Westminster Magistrates' Court, and states that he would be pleading that Prime Minister David Cameron, the police and the Crown Prosecution Service were in fact the guilty ones. That the charges laid against him of inviting support for Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant represent a "political manoeuvre to silence Muslim voices". He is prepared to defend himself in court.

"I believe from the top down this is a political manoeuvre from Cameron, the Home Secretary, the police and the CPS, to try to silence voices of the Muslim community, of which I am one of the loudest. I have a very strong case against the Crown and I would like to have my day in court", he asserted. For his part, Prosecutor David Cawthorne remarked of the two defendants: "Both are high-profile figures and are well aware of their influence across social media and their wider community."


And Mr. Choudary has a come-back for that, as well: "The whole issue is about people supposedly preaching hate, but there's so much hate preached by people, by the far-right, by animal rights activists. If people have strong views, why should they be curtailed?" As, for example, an Islam4UK march planned for Wootton Bassett Wiltshire in honour of Muslims killed in the conflict in Afghanistan.

That just happened to be the town where repatriatied bodies of dead British soldiers were driven through the streets from RAF Lyneham.

It seems some 600 Britons have taken their obligations to Islam seriously enough to join ISIL, and from that number some fifty of them have died martyrs, fighting for the Islamic State caliphate; the one that Mr. Choudary is eager to live under. Where he would have the freedom to continue his praise for 9/11 in the U.S. and the July 2005 bombings in London.
